Tech jobs at the local hospital?

I have a job interview for a job as a psych tech (prn), but the hospital has a position also for the "Tech-open device" (not sure which unit) in full-or part-time basis. I am currently my pre-reqs for nursing school and my goal is to work as an RN in a psych unit in the same hospital. The hospital offers tuition reimbursement for ft and pt-employees, but not for PRN, thus I know I'm future trips and all, but what should I do? I'm going to quit my current job in about 4 weeks anyway b / c my school schedule! Should I wait, or perhaps through the Technical Unit position ask? I really want to psych job, but I need really need hours and tuition reimbursement! I know not do what? any help would be appreciated very much! Thank you!
